Senior Executive / Assistant Manager – Product Development

* Architect and drive the development of innovative digital products and solutions, focusing on fintech, payments, banking, enterprise SaaS, and B2B platforms. * Identify and capitalize on market opportunities, customer needs, and areas for product improvement, driving measurable value creation. * Conduct in-depth market research, competitor analysis, and customer discovery to inform product strategy and vision. * Translate business objectives into clear product requirements, feature definitions, and user stories, ensuring alignment with customer needs. * Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle, from discovery to scale-up, leveraging Agile methodologies to manage product backlogs, prioritize features, and track delivery. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, business, operations, and sales, to deliver scalable and practical solutions. * Develop and execute product positioning, value proposition, pricing logic, and go-to-market plans in partnership with business teams. * Analyze product KPIs, user feedback, and usage insights to optimize adoption, experience, and business performance. * Explore opportunities to integrate AI-powered features and workflows, enhancing customer experience, operational efficiency, and decision-making. * Design and support AI-related product initiatives, such as workflow automation, conversational experiences, and analytics support. * Leverage AI tools to streamline market research, feature development, user journey design, prototyping, business planning, and analytics. * Partner with technical teams to develop and implement AI-enabled features and solutions using platforms like ChatGPT/OpenAI, Claude, and Gemini. * Ensure solution planning balances quality, usability, cost, speed, security, and business relevance. * Promote responsible and practical AI usage in product design and execution, and contribute to internal AI capability building by standardizing prompt engineering, experimentation, and knowledge sharing.
