Key Responsibilities
* Drive strategic partnerships with buyer's CSR teams through regular communication, ensuring seamless collaboration and issue resolution.
* Architect audit coordination, scheduling, and execution of social, environmental, and technical audits to guarantee compliance with international standards.
* Manage report submission, sharing compliance documents, corrective action plans, and progress updates to meet buyer timelines and expectations.
* Interpret and communicate buyer-specific codes of conduct, ensuring clarity and understanding within the factory.
* Develop, enforce, and update factory policies to align with local laws and buyer expectations, focusing on labor rights, health & safety, working hours, and wages.
* Design and deliver training programs for employees on compliance topics, such as anti-harassment, occupational safety, and ethical labor practices.
* Conduct regular self-assessments and internal audits to ensure continuous compliance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
* Lead the creation and implementation of corrective action plans for non-compliance findings, collaborating with relevant departments to drive resolution.
* Maintain detailed records of actions taken, following up to ensure full resolution and transparency with buyers.
* Communicate openly with buyers about challenges or delays in remediation, providing realistic timelines and proof of ongoing efforts.
* Oversee recordkeeping and documentation, ensuring up-to-date records of audit reports, training attendance, grievance records, safety incidents, and wage and working hour documentation.
* Proactively identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to prevent violations, focusing on worker welfare, equipment updates, and production planning.
* Facilitate stakeholder engagement, establishing worker-management dialogue platforms, such as welfare committees and grievance mechanisms.
* Foster relationships with local authorities, NGOs, and third-party consultants to ensure compliance and stay informed about regulatory updates and best practices.

Education
- Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Human Resource Management
- Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resource Management
