Manager (Maintenance)

* Spearhead maintenance operations to ensure seamless functioning of factory equipment and installations, including uninterrupted power supply and fire fighting systems, with a focus on the Cable Manufacturing Plant. * Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to PLC, Servo drives, and Servo motors to minimize downtime and optimize production. * Develop and maintain a comprehensive database of machine breakdowns, remedial actions, and maintenance history to inform future decisions. * Drive a culture of preventive maintenance by preparing periodic reports, documentation, and maintenance plans that meet ISO 9001:2015 standards. * Architect a strategic procurement plan for spare parts, lubricants, and utility materials, ensuring timely availability and maintaining accurate records. * Design and execute an annual maintenance plan, guaranteeing the availability of essential spare parts and consumables, both locally and internationally. * Oversee the routine maintenance of critical equipment, including Gas generators, Air Compressors, RO, and DM water plants, while managing workshop activities and consumable supplies. * Champion KPI improvement initiatives, driving the maintenance team to achieve set targets and enhance overall efficiency. * Lead and manage the maintenance team, fostering a culture of efficiency, productivity, and safety. * Ensure the day-to-day maintenance of machines, prioritizing operational efficiency, safety, and compliance. * Monitor, control, and optimize the utilization of maintenance resources, providing regular updates on productivity, materials, and inventory to management. * Develop and implement a comprehensive maintenance planning strategy for the factory, aligning with organizational goals and objectives. * Embrace additional responsibilities as assigned by management, demonstrating flexibility and a commitment to excellence.
