Key Responsibilities

* Drive after-sales service operations for air conditioning products, ensuring seamless execution and customer satisfaction. * Lead service teams to achieve timely installation, maintenance, and repair services, while monitoring key performance indicators such as response time, resolution time, and customer satisfaction. * Architect and maintain strong relationships with key clients and dealers, resolving escalated customer complaints and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality. * Supervise and guide service engineers and technicians, assigning tasks, monitoring performance, and providing technical support to enhance team capabilities. * Deliver technical support for complex air conditioning issues, ensuring proper diagnosis and repair procedures are followed, and collaborating with technical teams for advanced problem-solving. * Champion service quality standards and compliance, conducting audits and inspections to ensure adherence to established procedures and protocols. * Manage spare parts availability and usage, coordinating with the warehouse/procurement team to maintain optimal inventory levels and prevent service delays. * Develop and analyze service reports, performance metrics, and trends, providing actionable insights to drive service improvements and optimize operations. * Foster a culture of customer-centricity, technical excellence, and teamwork, while ensuring compliance with established policies, procedures, and industry regulations. * Analyze and resolve customer complaints, ensuring prompt resolution and maintaining high customer satisfaction ratings. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive service excellence, share best practices, and leverage expertise to enhance overall service operations.

  • Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Mechanical Engineering
  • Electrical & Electronic Engineering
