* Spearhead pattern drafting to bring new designs to life, perfecting silhouettes and drapes for PURE & LUXE. * Drive accurate size grading to ensure a consistent fit across all size ranges, enhancing customer satisfaction. * Architect consumption optimization strategies in collaboration with the production team, minimizing fabric wastage through efficient marker making. * Lead sample development, working in tandem with the sewing and sample department to transform patterns into finished samples that exceed expectations. * Manage fit adjustments, attending fit sessions and making data-driven pattern alterations based on feedback from cross-functional teams. * Troubleshoot technical issues proactively, identifying and resolving potential construction problems before bulk production to ensure seamless manufacturing. * Develop and maintain a comprehensive pattern library, documenting base blocks and revisions for future reference and continuous improvement.
