Assistant Merchandiser

* Spearhead order tracking efforts, collaborating with Lead Merchandisers to oversee the entire production process from start to finish. * Drive sourcing initiatives, fostering strong relationships with suppliers to procure raw materials and ensuring strict adherence to the Time and Action calendar. * Champion sample management, working closely with the sample room to guarantee timely development and delivery. * Develop and maintain precise documentation, including Costing Sheets, Booking Files, and Purchase Orders, to ensure seamless operations. * Facilitate open communication, serving as a liaison between cross-functional teams, including design, production, and commercial departments, to ensure clear information exchange and collaboration. * Oversee the lab dip and trims approval process, efficiently managing submissions and approvals for lab dips, print strikes, and accessories to meet project deadlines.
