Key Responsibilities

* Drive regional sales growth by co-creating and executing strategic plans with Sales Officers. * Lead high-performing sales teams to surpass corporate targets and maximize revenue potential. * Architect and track sales forecasts, setting ambitious yet achievable goals for annual, quarterly, and monthly sales performance. * Identify untapped market opportunities, select and onboard new dealers, and negotiate agreements that fuel business expansion. * Pioneer new market development, exploring fresh avenues for growth and diversification. * Analyze and distill complex sales data into actionable insights, presenting timely and informative reports to management. * Deliver daily and monthly sales performance updates, ensuring management stays informed and empowered to make data-driven decisions. * Embrace adaptability, taking on additional responsibilities and special projects as assigned by management to propel business success.
