* Drive student engagement through personalized telephonic counseling, guiding leads through the higher education abroad process and inviting them to in-office consultations. * Architect comprehensive knowledge of admission requirements, study visa processes, and visa application procedures for top destinations, including the UK, Australia, Canada, USA, Sweden, Netherlands, Denmark, and the EU. * Leverage social media platforms to showcase expertise, creating engaging content through photo and video shoots, as well as Facebook Live sessions. * Foster strong client relationships through social media connectivity and persuasive telemarketing strategies, ensuring seamless communication and support. * Deliver exceptional student support, going above and beyond to address individual needs and concerns. * Develop strategic partnerships by meeting with foreign university delegates, exploring opportunities for collaboration and growth. * Represent the company at educational fairs and events, promoting its mission and values to diverse audiences. * Manage and complete tasks assigned by management, prioritizing efficiency, and driving results-oriented outcomes.
