* Drive exceptional client experiences by providing chair-side assistance to doctors during advanced aesthetic and laser procedures, including laser hair removal, hydra facials, and slimming procedures. * Deliver outstanding support before, during, and after procedures, ensuring seamless execution and exceptional client care under doctoral supervision. * Lead phlebotomy and IV support services, performing blood draws and administering IV drips with precision and care, while maintaining strict adherence to medical protocols and client safety. * Architect a safe and efficient clinic environment by maintaining immaculate treatment rooms, ensuring all necessary instruments and products are prepared in advance, and upholding rigorous hygiene and sterilization standards. * Manage clinical workflows, prioritizing timely and accurate documentation, record-keeping, and confidential client information handling, while ensuring seamless communication with the medical team. * Spearhead device handling and maintenance, carefully operating aesthetic devices, providing basic preparation and shutdown support, and promptly reporting technical issues to ensure optimal performance and longevity. * Oversee inventory and supply management, monitoring stock levels, coordinating replenishments, and informing management of shortages to ensure uninterrupted service delivery. * Foster a culture of exceptional client care, providing empathetic guidance, maintaining client comfort and confidentiality, and promptly addressing concerns to ensure a world-class experience. * Collaborate with the medical team to drive a culture of safety, discipline, and professionalism, upholding the clinic's high standards and reputation for excellence. * Ensure timely and accurate reporting of any irregularities or safety concerns, contributing to a secure and healthy environment for both clients and the medical team.
