Key Responsibilities

• Spearhead cross-functional collaborations with content, marketing, and customer service teams to harmonize tone, messaging, and engagement strategies. • Proactively monitor and analyze social media conversations, including comments, messages, reviews, and posts, to ensure brand consistency. • Deliver exceptional customer experiences by responding promptly and professionally to inquiries, feedback, and concerns across all social media channels. • Drive customer satisfaction through effective and personalized responses that address their needs and exceed their expectations. • Architect and execute engaging Facebook Live activities that foster brand loyalty and community growth. • Nurture and maintain strong relationships with existing customers through tailored interactions and support. • Oversee and manage post-sales formalities, ensuring seamless communication and follow-through with after-sales officials.
