Key Responsibilities
* Foster collaborative relationships with cross-functional teams, including buyers, factories, and internal departments to drive business growth.
* Architect and execute strategic marketing and merchandising plans to expand knit and woven garment business.
* Drive buyer acquisition and retention by sourcing new clients and nurturing existing relationships.
* Spearhead buyer communication, managing inquiries, and order confirmations with autonomy.
* Analyze technical specifications, costing, and buyer requirements to ensure precise product development.
* Negotiate orders, including pricing, MOQ, lead time, and commercial terms, to reach mutually beneficial agreements.
* Manage product costing and pricing, ensuring profitability and competitiveness in the market.
* Coordinate with sample, production, sourcing, and quality teams to ensure seamless order execution.
* Monitor order progress, from development to shipment, to guarantee on-time delivery and customer satisfaction.
* Ensure product development aligns with buyer specifications, quality standards, and company policies.
* Collaborate with the sourcing team to procure fabrics, trims, and accessories that meet buyer requirements.
* Identify potential risks and develop proactive strategies to mitigate delays or quality issues.
* Track key milestones, including lab dips, approvals, and production meetings, to ensure timely completion.
* Ensure compliance with buyer requirements, product standards, and company policies, maintaining a high level of quality and integrity.
* Conduct market research, analyzing trends, pricing benchmarks, and competitor activity to inform business decisions.
* Develop and present reports on order status, business growth, and performance, providing actionable insights.
* Lead and develop the merchandising team, enhancing productivity, efficiency, and overall performance.
* Maintain strong internal coordination, working closely with departments such as IE, Planning, Production, QA, and Commercial.
* Resolve claims, disputes, and customer feedback in a professional and timely manner, prioritizing customer satisfaction.

Education
- Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Textile Engineering
- Master of Business Administration (MBA)
- Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)
