* Spearhead high-performing teams by coaching and guiding instrument technicians to achieve exceptional results and quality craftsmanship. * Architect and execute comprehensive maintenance plans, leveraging preventive and corrective strategies to optimize instrument reliability and minimize downtime. * Drive calibration and compliance initiatives, ensuring adherence to stringent safety, environmental, and regulatory standards across all field instruments. * Deliver expert technical support and troubleshooting, rapidly resolving complex issues with control systems, analyzers, and field instruments to ensure seamless operations. * Foster collaborative relationships with cross-functional teams, including operations, engineering, and reliability, to enhance system performance and drive continuous improvement. * Oversee inventory management and documentation, maintaining accurate records of spare parts, P&IDs, inspection certificates, and technical documentation to support informed decision-making. * Champion project success by providing technical expertise and support during new installations, loop testing, commissioning, and ensuring the maintainability of new equipment to drive long-term asset reliability.
