Key Responsibilities
* Drive the delivery of high-quality Maternal, Newborn, and Child Health (MNCH) services at both community and facility levels, ensuring seamless project implementation.
* Collaborate with clinicians to provide basic clinical care, adhering to the defined scope of practice and promoting exceptional patient outcomes.
* Champion maternal and child health interventions, facilitating community outreach activities, data collection, and reporting to inform project success.
* Capture and record patient medical information with precision, maintaining strict confidentiality and adhering to data protection standards.
* Orchestrate daily administrative tasks, including scheduling, patient registration, and medical record-keeping, to ensure efficient facility operations.
* Prepare treatment rooms for clinical examinations, assist healthcare providers during medical procedures, and deliver compassionate patient care.
* Foster a patient-centric approach, providing emotional support and attention to patients and their families, while promoting a culture of empathy and understanding.
* Uphold compliance with Bangladesh's healthcare regulations and standards, ensuring the highest level of quality and safety in patient care.
* Administer medications to patients under the direction of physicians, prioritizing patient safety and well-being.

Education
- Diploma in Medical Assistant/Paramedical
Additional Requirements
- Prior experience working as a Medical Assistant or in MNCH-related projects will be preferred
- Certification from a recognized medical assistant training program or an equivalent qualification
- Basic understanding of patient care, medical terminology, and clinical procedures
- Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems
- Ability to manage a complex and diverse workload effectively
- Ability to contribute to a proactive team environment
- Proficiency in computer applications
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and client service skills
- Good written and verbal communication skills in both Bengali and English
- Prior experience working with local communities in the Chittagong Hill Tracts (CHT)
