* Deliver high-quality Reproductive, Maternal, Newborn, and Child Health services through clinic-based and outreach programs, driving improved health outcomes for mothers and children. * Lead prenatal care efforts, closely monitoring the health and well-being of pregnant women and their unborn babies to ensure timely interventions and support. * Educate and empower patients, their partners, and families on reproductive health, birth preparedness, and antenatal care, fostering a culture of informed decision-making and healthy practices. * Develop and implement personalized birth plans, teaching pain management techniques and providing emotional support to women throughout the labor and delivery process. * Manage and support births in various settings, including birthing centers, homes, and health facilities, ensuring safe and compassionate care for mothers and newborns. * Drive patient-centered care, measuring and recording vital signs, requesting diagnostic tests as needed, and providing targeted guidance on nutrition, exercise, and medication use during pregnancy. * Offer expert guidance on breastfeeding and newborn care practices, supporting new mothers in developing essential skills and confidence. * Provide compassionate psychosocial support to patients and families navigating challenging experiences, such as miscarriage, stillbirth, or pregnancy termination, ensuring holistic care and emotional support. * Architect and deliver targeted health education programs, promoting healthy behaviors and informed decision-making among patients and their families.
