Key Responsibilities
* Spearhead IT support and systems management, delivering day-to-day technical assistance to project staff and resolving hardware, software, and network issues.
* Architect and maintain IT infrastructure, including installation, configuration, and upkeep of computers, printers, and other equipment.
* Drive seamless internet connectivity, email systems, and data-sharing platforms, ensuring uninterrupted project operations.
* Develop and support digital health systems, such as MIS and DHIS2, for efficient data entry, validation, and reporting.
* Champion data security, backups, and confidentiality of project information, adhering to organizational and donor standards.
* Facilitate IT setup for meetings, trainings, and field activities, and provide basic IT training to enhance staff digital skills.
* Lead logistics and supply chain management, overseeing procurement processes, vendor selection, and inventory management of equipment, medical supplies, and consumables.
* Manage procurement processes, prepare purchase requests, and collect quotations, ensuring compliance with organizational and donor policies.
* Oversee timely distribution of supplies to clinics and field teams, track stock levels, and report shortages or replenishment needs.
* Develop and maintain asset registers, ensuring proper tagging, documentation, and management of project assets.
* Coordinate transportation and fleet management, including vehicle scheduling, fuel tracking, and maintenance coordination.
* Ensure proper storage and handling of medical and non-medical supplies, adhering to organizational and donor standards.
* Foster collaboration with program and finance teams to align logistics and IT support with project needs, and support the organization of trainings, workshops, and meetings.

Education
- Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science & Engineering
- Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)
- Master of Business Administration (MBA)
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field
Additional Requirements
- Strong knowledge of computer systems, networking, and troubleshooting
- Experience in inventory management and procurement processes
- Familiarity with digital reporting systems
- Proficiency in MS Office applications
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Good communication and coordination abilities
- Ability to work under pressure and in remote or resource-limited settings
- High level of integrity and strong attention to detail
- Fluency in Bangla and working knowledge of English
