Key Responsibilities
* Drive the delivery of high-quality Maternal, Newborn, and Child Health (MNCH) services at the clinical level, ensuring effective management and exceptional patient care.
* Lead and supervise clinical and support staff to achieve outstanding health service outcomes, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.
* Champion compliance with national clinical protocols, guidelines, and standards, ensuring seamless integration into clinical practice.
* Foster strategic partnerships with community stakeholders and government health authorities to enhance service delivery, coordination, and impact.
* Architect and implement comprehensive treatment plans, liaising with healthcare professionals, patients, and families to deliver personalized care.
* Oversee clinic operations, including staff management, daily service delivery, and quality assurance, to ensure a world-class patient experience.
* Develop and execute strategic plans to optimize patient care, service quality, and operational efficiency, driving continuous improvement and innovation.
* Manage financial resources, including budgeting, billing, and inventory control, to ensure the clinic's financial sustainability and viability.
* Coordinate logistics, procurement, and maintenance of clinic equipment, supplies, and infrastructure, ensuring timely and cost-effective solutions.
* Design and implement robust recruitment, training, and performance evaluation frameworks to attract, retain, and develop top talent in the clinic.
* Drive internal and external communications, responding to inquiries, and promoting the clinic's services, values, and mission to stakeholders and the wider community.

Additional Requirements
- Proven experience in managing a healthcare facility or clinic
- Ability to supervise, motivate, and manage clinic staff effectively
- Strong organizational skills
- Knowledge of procurement processes
- Proficiency in managing budgets, billing systems, and negotiating with suppliers and vendors
- Competence in computer-based healthcare administration systems
- Ability to manage a complex and diverse workload effectively
- Ability to contribute to a proactive team environment and work collaboratively with colleagues
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Bengali and English
- Prior experience working with local communities in the Chittagong Hill Tracts (CHT) will be considered an added advantage
