* Safeguard the office premises, ensuring a secure environment for staff and assets during both day and night shifts. * Facilitate communication by delivering and collecting documents from government offices, local institutions, and other organizations, as well as distributing internal documents within the office. * Provide administrative support by assisting with tasks such as photocopying, document binding, and maintaining a clean and organized office environment. * Ensure staff comfort by delivering drinking water and maintaining a tidy workspace, including daily cleaning of office rooms and furniture. * Manage logistics by assisting with packing, sending, and receiving goods through courier services, as well as supporting loading and unloading of goods for repair and maintenance activities. * Collaborate with project staff to complete documentation-related tasks, ensuring seamless project operations. * Drive project visibility by supporting activities as per project design and planning, promoting the project's objectives and achievements. * Deliver exceptional support by performing any additional duties assigned by the supervisor, demonstrating flexibility and a commitment to the project's success.
