Key Responsibilities
* Architect innovative talent acquisition strategies to identify and hire top performers who drive business growth and success.
* Lead the development of a comprehensive talent management vision, aligning with organizational objectives to meet current and future staffing needs.
* Drive recruitment strategy execution, ensuring timely access to the right talent and influencing the entire recruitment process to meet business demands.
* Foster a deep understanding of programmatic and operational objectives to inform HR decisions and initiatives.
* Champion employee engagement by developing and implementing effective internal communications strategies, processes, and training programs that boost morale and productivity.
* Design and execute comprehensive talent management programs, including performance management, training, total rewards, and compensation, providing actionable metrics to inform management decisions.
* Provide expert coaching and guidance on core HR functions, such as organizational design, HR policies, and best practices, to support business leaders and teams.
* Develop and execute strategic and annual HR plans that align with organizational goals and mission, driving business outcomes and growth.
* Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws, as well as HR best practices, to maintain efficient, accurate, and responsive administrative procedures.
* Oversee corporate insurance policies, HR department budget, and negotiate HR-related contracts and agreements to optimize resource allocation.
* Manage facilities and administration operations, including building lease, front desk, supply resource management, and records function, to ensure seamless business operations.

Education
- Masters in Business administration -MBA in HRM
- PGD HRM
