Key Responsibilities
* Drive the daily operations of the MNCH clinic, ensuring seamless patient care and service delivery.
* Collaborate with the clinic manager, medical assistant, and midwife to provide exceptional patient support.
* Set up and maintain consultation rooms, equipment, and supplies to facilitate efficient patient visits.
* Manage patient flow, registration, and navigation to appropriate service points.
* Conduct basic vital sign measurements and recordings under supervision.
* Support the delivery of antenatal care, postnatal care, immunization, and child health services.
* Champion clinic cleanliness and hygiene, adhering to infection prevention and control practices.
* Ensure proper medical waste management and disposal, following established protocols.
* Assist in stock management, organizing medicines and supplies, and reporting shortages.
* Maintain accurate records, registers, and logbooks, and support basic documentation.
* Participate in outreach clinics and community health sessions to expand service reach.
* Provide patients with essential information and guidance on services and clinic procedures.
* Contribute to health education and awareness initiatives at both facility and community levels.
* Deliver respectful, confidential, and patient-friendly services at all times.
* Undertake additional tasks as assigned by supervisors to ensure smooth clinic operations.
Requirements
Experience
At least 3 years
Skills
Good communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work in a team and follow instructions effectivelyBasic literacy and numeracy skills for record-keeping
Education
- Diploma in Midwifery
- SSC
- HSC
Additional Requirements
- Basic training in health assistance or community healthcare
- Basic understanding of maternal, newborn, and child health (MNCH) services
- Ability to measure basic vital signs
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a team and follow instructions effectively
- Basic literacy and numeracy skills for record-keeping
- Fluency in Bangla
- Knowledge of local languages
