Key Responsibilities
* Spearhead the development and execution of innovative marketing strategies to propel business growth and expand the firm's reach
* Architect and deliver multi-channel campaigns, events, and workshops that drive lead generation and conversion
* Craft and disseminate compelling promotional content across digital and offline platforms, leveraging social media, print materials, and other channels
* Drive the firm's social media presence, managing platforms and fostering engagement to build brand awareness and community
* Deliver exceptional client experiences, providing personalized support and guidance to potential clients and students
* Manage and convert leads into clients, ensuring timely follow-up and response to inquiries via phone, email, and in-person
* Foster and maintain strategic partnerships with institutions, agents, and stakeholders, cultivating referral networks and identifying new business opportunities
* Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform data-driven decision-making and stay ahead of industry trends
* Exceed monthly and quarterly sales and lead conversion targets, driving revenue growth and business expansion
* Present the firm's services and courses to prospective clients and students, delivering engaging presentations, seminars, and information sessions
* Negotiate and finalize agreements with clients and partners, ensuring mutually beneficial relationships and revenue growth
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM and database records, ensuring seamless client interaction and service delivery
* Analyze and report on marketing performance, lead generation, and ROI, providing actionable insights to optimize strategies
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure cohesive service delivery, supporting admissions, visa, and counseling functions
* Provide guidance and training to junior staff members, sharing expertise and best practices to elevate team performance
* Ensure compliance with company policies, partner requirements, and industry regulations, maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and integrity
* Embark on business development activities, traveling as needed to drive growth, forge new partnerships, and expand the firm's presence in new markets
