Key Responsibilities
* Drive the implementation of MIHR project activities at the Upazila level, ensuring alignment with project objectives and timely execution.
* Architect monthly and quarterly work plans, supervising their implementation and monitoring progress.
* Lead and support field staff, including medical assistants, clinic managers, midwives, and community health workers, to deliver high-quality services.
* Foster collaborative relationships with government health systems, local government institutions, and community leaders to strengthen Maternal, Newborn, and Child Health services.
* Spearhead outreach services in remote and hard-to-reach communities, ensuring effective service delivery and community engagement.
* Manage regular coordination with the Upazila Health Complex, local government authorities, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project implementation.
* Analyze progress against targets and indicators, taking corrective actions to address gaps and challenges.
* Oversee data collection, validation, and reporting, ensuring timely and accurate submission of daily, weekly, and monthly reports to the District Coordinator.
* Support monitoring, evaluation, and learning activities, including surveys, assessments, and capacity-building initiatives.
* Ensure responsible management of project resources, logistics, and supplies, identifying implementation challenges and proposing practical solutions.
* Uphold organizational policies, donor requirements, and national health guidelines, ensuring compliance and adherence to standards.
* Develop and implement capacity-building initiatives, providing on-the-job training and support to field staff.
* Facilitate stakeholder consultations, review meetings, and coordination meetings at the Upazila level, ensuring inclusive and participatory decision-making.
* Integrate gender, inclusion, and protection considerations into all project activities, promoting equitable and responsive services.
* Respond to emergencies and support rapid health interventions, ensuring timely and effective response to emerging needs.

Education
- Master of Social Science (MSS)
- Master’s degree in Public Health, Social Sciences, or a related field.
Additional Requirements
- Experience in NGO
- Management experiences in Development Organizations
- Project coordination experience
- Experience working with NGOs or donor-funded projects
- Strong understanding of MNCH concepts, national health systems, and community health approaches
- Proven leadership, team management, and coordination skills
- Strong monitoring, reporting, and documentation skills
- Good communication and facilitation skills
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively
- Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Fluency in Bangla; knowledge of local languages will be considered an advantage
