Key Responsibilities
* Drive strategic recruitment and talent management initiatives to fuel garments factory operations, aligning with organizational objectives and industry standards.
* Architect and implement HR policies, procedures, and programs to foster a positive work environment and promote employee engagement.
* Foster positive employee relations by overseeing grievance handling, disciplinary procedures, and conflict resolution, ensuring fair treatment and prompt issue resolution.
* Spearhead workforce planning, balancing production targets and shipment deadlines to optimize operational efficiency.
* Oversee administrative functions, including security, transport, and facility management, to ensure seamless operations and prevent losses.
* Ensure meticulous documentation, record-keeping, and asset management, maintaining accurate records and safeguarding company assets.
* Facilitate cross-functional collaboration between departments to drive operational excellence and achieve business objectives.
* Monitor and address absenteeism, labor turnover, and employee engagement, implementing targeted initiatives to boost productivity and job satisfaction.
* Champion compliance with Bangladesh Labour Law, buyer Code of Conduct, and industry regulations, ensuring adherence to strict standards.
* Prepare the factory for internal and external audits, implementing corrective actions and ensuring timely closure of audit findings.
* Prioritize workplace safety, monitoring and mitigating risks related to fire, electrical safety, needle control, and PPE usage.
* Collaborate with the Participation Committee and worker representatives to promote worker-management relations and drive positive change.
* Develop and maintain compliance documents, ensuring readiness for audits and inspections, such as BSCI, SEDEX, WRAP, and RSC.
* Build and maintain effective worker-management relations, addressing grievances, disputes, and negotiations in a fair and transparent manner.
* Ensure the proper functioning of the Participation Committee and Safety Committee, as per Labour Law requirements, to promote worker well-being and safety.
* Proactively identify and mitigate potential labor unrest, implementing preventive measures to ensure smooth production and maintain a positive work environment.

Experience
5 to 10 years
Education
- Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Human Resource Management, Accounting
- Master of Commerce (MCom) in Human Resource Management, Accounting
- PGD in HRM
