Key Responsibilities

* Drive the development and execution of monitoring strategies to ensure seamless project implementation and high-quality results. * Champion data integrity, accuracy, and reliability, leveraging statistical expertise to inform project decisions and optimize outcomes. * Analyze complex data sets, applying statistical functions and tests to provide actionable insights that support evidence-based decision-making. * Conduct regular field visits to project sites, gathering critical monitoring data and providing operational support to enhance project performance. * Craft compelling, data-driven reports that showcase project progress, and review reports to ensure precision and consistency. * Foster strong relationships with stakeholders, including District Coordinators, Medical Officers, community health workers, and partner NGOs, to facilitate effective communication and collaboration. * Deliver targeted monitoring and data quality support to project teams, empowering them to drive project success and improve MNCH services. * Orchestrate cross-functional collaborations with internal and external stakeholders, including Medical Officers, partner NGOs, and community health workers, to advance project objectives. * Streamline reporting processes, ensuring timely submission of high-quality reports through designated systems, such as Horizon. * Spearhead quality assurance efforts, monitoring project activities, MNCH services, and interventions to ensure excellence at both facility and community levels. * Lead comprehensive baseline assessments, evaluations, and documentation of best practices, case studies, and lessons learned, to drive project improvement and inform future initiatives. * Develop the capacity of program staff in conducting baseline studies and evaluations, enhancing their skills and expertise to drive project success.

Requirements

Experience

At least 5 years

Skills

SPSSExcelMS WordPowerPointEmailDigital MIS platforms

Education

  • Master's degree in Social Sciences or Statistics

Additional Requirements

  • Strong working knowledge of statistical software
  • Excellent written and spoken English skills
  • Proficiency in computer applications
  • Willingness to travel regularly
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
