Engineer / Senior Engineer - Planning (Primavera P6 Specialist)

* Spearhead the development, maintenance, and updates of intricate project schedules utilizing Oracle Primavera P6, ensuring seamless project execution. * Architect baseline plans, work breakdown structures, activity logic, and resource-loaded programs to drive project success. * Drive progress monitoring and analysis, comparing actual performance against planned schedules to identify areas for improvement. * Identify and mitigate critical path impacts, delays, and schedule risks, recommending proactive corrective actions to stakeholders. * Design and deliver weekly, monthly, and look-ahead schedules, including 2-week and 4-week plans, to facilitate informed decision-making. * Create data-driven reports, including S-curves, progress reports, dashboards, and variance analysis, to provide actionable insights. * Foster collaboration with cross-functional teams, including project managers, site engineers, consultants, subcontractors, and procurement teams, to gather progress data and validate updates. * Lead delay analysis, time-impact assessments, and Extension of Time (EOT) claims, ensuring compliance with contract requirements and company standards. * Inform resource forecasting, manpower planning, and cash flow projections by linking them to the project schedule, enabling data-driven decision-making. * Ensure adherence to project milestones, company standards, and contractual obligations, maintaining meticulous planning records and reporting documentation. * Manage schedule logs and reporting documentation, ensuring transparency and compliance for internal and external review.
