Key Responsibilities

* Spearhead communication between buyers and production teams, driving seamless collaboration and timely project delivery. * Oversee the entire merchandising process, from sample creation to final shipment, ensuring efficient sourcing, production, and logistics. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to capture buyer requirements, ensuring accurate sample and bulk order execution. * Architect and manage project timelines, setting deadlines and milestones to guarantee on-time sample submission, approval, production, and delivery. * Proactively monitor production progress, identifying and resolving potential delays or quality issues through close factory partnerships. * Drive cost efficiency and quality by negotiating with suppliers and vendors for raw materials, trims, packaging, and logistics. * Maintain meticulous records, including purchase orders, costing sheets, approvals, and buyer correspondence, ensuring data accuracy and compliance. * Host buyer visits, virtual meetings, and factory tours, providing exceptional customer service and support. * Partner with QA and QC teams to uphold quality standards, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry benchmarks. * Stay ahead of the curve by tracking fashion and market trends, leveraging insights to develop competitive and relevant product ideas that meet buyer preferences. * Leverage English language proficiency to facilitate effective communication with international clients and stakeholders. * Utilize technical skills, including MS Office and relevant merchandising software, to streamline processes and enhance productivity.
