Jr. Sewing Machine Maintenance Engineers

* Operate and maintain complex machinery, including tool handling and precision adjustments for optimal performance. * Synchronize and fine-tune mechanisms, such as Flatlock looper timing and Spreader synchronization, to ensure seamless production. * Calibrate and balance critical systems, including Feed dog eccentricity, Tension balancing, and Knife sharpening, to achieve high-quality output. * Configure and optimize specialized functions, including Bartack cam settings, Button Hole cutting knife timing, and Eyelet punching, to meet specific production requirements. * Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with programmable machines, Control box error codes, and pneumatic systems, including Solenoid valves and Sensor calibration. * Drive continuous improvement by identifying and implementing process enhancements, and adapting to new tasks and responsibilities as assigned by management.
