Key Responsibilities
* Architect and manage comprehensive HR operations, including attendance, leave management, payroll inputs, and HR documentation to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.
* Drive HRIS management, ensuring accuracy and integrity of employee records, HR data, and personnel files to support informed decision-making.
* Lead the development and implementation of HR policies, procedures, and standards to ensure compliance with labor laws, organizational policies, and audit requirements.
* Foster a positive work culture by designing and implementing employee engagement programs, welfare activities, and communication initiatives that promote employee satisfaction and retention.
* Facilitate conflict resolution, act as a point of contact for employee concerns and grievances, and conduct exit interviews to identify areas for improvement.
* Manage payroll-related activities, including salary inputs, attendance verification, and incentive calculations to ensure timely and accurate payroll processing.
* Develop and implement performance management strategies, including KPI setting, evaluation, and feedback facilitation to drive business outcomes.
* Identify skill gaps and coordinate training and development programs to enhance employee capabilities and support organizational growth.
* Analyze HR data and generate insights to inform management decisions, improve HR processes, and optimize organizational performance.
* Ensure compliance with labor laws, organizational policies, and audit requirements, and prepare for internal and external HR audits to maintain the highest standards of HR practices.
* Contribute to organizational planning, restructuring, manpower budgeting, and HR strategy development to drive business success and growth.
* Support change management initiatives and culture-building programs aligned with organizational goals to drive transformation and excellence.
