* Spearhead the maintenance and repair of diverse machinery and equipment, including cutting, drilling, and polishing machines, to ensure seamless production of padlock bodies. * Drive the evaluation and selection of high-quality raw materials, such as iron rods, iron bars, and springs, to meet the specific needs of various padlock products. * Oversee the sourcing and procurement of materials to guarantee timely and cost-effective delivery. * Collaborate with production teams to optimize equipment performance, reduce downtime, and enhance overall productivity. * Implement effective quality control measures to ensure raw materials meet company standards and specifications. * Manage inventory levels of raw materials and equipment spare parts to minimize stockouts and overstocking. * Architect and implement preventive maintenance schedules to prolong equipment lifespan and prevent unexpected breakdowns.
