Key Responsibilities

* Drive revenue growth by spearheading sales and marketing strategies for residential, commercial, and land projects, while building a robust market presence. * Lead cross-functional teams, including sales executives, marketing professionals, and channel partners, to achieve business objectives. * Architect and execute sales plans, pricing strategies, and forecasting models to meet revenue targets and monitor pipeline performance. * Develop and implement marketing campaigns, leveraging digital and offline channels, to boost brand awareness and project visibility. * Manage and motivate high-performing teams, setting KPIs, tracking performance, and fostering a culture of excellence. * Cultivate strong relationships with high-value clients, investors, and stakeholders, negotiating deals and ensuring exceptional customer experiences. * Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and threats, informing data-driven strategic decisions. * Build and manage a network of brokers, agents, and channel partners, creating incentive programs and commission structures to drive sales. * Design and execute project launch strategies, coordinating events, exhibitions, and site visits to maximize visibility and sales. * Provide actionable insights and regular sales reports to top management, refining strategies and aligning sales and marketing efforts with company goals. * Oversee content creation, social media, and promotional materials, analyzing campaign performance and ROI to optimize marketing spend. * Identify new business opportunities, expanding the sales network and exploring innovative marketing channels to stay ahead of the competition.
