Project Engineer - Civil

* Oversee construction operations to ensure adherence to architectural and structural plans, driving compliance and quality. * Architect project workflows, allocating resources and coordinating activities to achieve seamless execution. * Drive quality control initiatives, maintaining stringent standards and ensuring regulatory compliance with BNBC and local authorities. * Manage material logistics, estimating requirements, streamlining procurement, and optimizing storage to minimize waste. * Interpret and analyze civil drawings, developing detailed BOQs, cost breakdowns, and schedules to meet project timelines. * Lead contractor management, verifying billing, measuring progress, and fostering collaborative relationships with suppliers, contractors, and staff. * Provide expert technical guidance and support to team members, empowering them to overcome challenges. * Develop and implement corrective action plans to mitigate project risks and obstacles. * Deliver regular progress reports, tracking daily and weekly advancements to inform project stakeholders and drive informed decision-making.
