* Spearhead the production of high-count yarns (up to 30 count) for knit and sweater applications, leveraging expertise in recycled yarn manufacturing to drive business growth. * Pioneer innovative yarn production by transforming denim and textile waste into value-added yarns, including knitting, woven, and dyeable grey materials. * Champion contamination control measures, ensuring the production of high-quality, contamination-free yarn while stabilizing natural color production processes. * Architect the development and production of complex yarn compositions, including Cotton+Viscose, Cotton+Acrylic, and Cotton+Poly blends, with precise composition ratios. * Drive R&D initiatives in flat and circular knit innovations, harnessing recycled yarns to create cutting-edge products while overseeing factory infrastructure and technical mechanicals. * Fuel market responsiveness by developing a diverse range of yarn counts and compositions tailored to evolving customer needs and market demands. * Optimize operational efficiency by minimizing energy and raw material usage, ensuring compliance with international recycling certifications (e.g., GRS, RCS) and adhering to stringent quality assurance standards. * Lead and inspire the production team, fostering a culture of technical excellence, innovation, and environmental responsibility through mentorship and guidance in advanced recycling and blending techniques.
