* Foster strategic partnerships with suppliers, coordinating restocking efforts and sourcing high-quality products from approved vendors.
* Uphold the highest standards of regulatory compliance, adhering to pharmacy laws, ethical guidelines, and industry best practices.
* Provide empathetic support in sensitive or emergency situations, handling customer concerns with professionalism and discretion.
* Deliver exceptional customer experiences, greeting patrons with warmth, assisting with product selection, and offering personalized recommendations.
* Curate visually appealing product displays, maintaining organized shelves, and ensuring a seamless shopping experience.
* Process transactions with accuracy, handling billing, cash management, and POS operations with ease.
* Analyze stock levels, identifying areas for improvement, and notifying management of low-stock situations to minimize disruptions.
* Maintain a pristine store environment, ensuring cleanliness, organization, and a welcoming atmosphere.
* Develop and execute sales strategies, promoting special offers, new products, and upselling relevant items to drive revenue growth.
* Resolve customer complaints with tact and diplomacy, providing timely solutions and turning negative experiences into positive outcomes.
* Leverage basic computer skills and proficiency in Media Soft Medicine Software to streamline sales processes and enhance customer interactions.
