* Spearhead technical support and guidance for farmers, gardeners, and customers across Bangladesh, driving agricultural excellence and customer satisfaction. * Champion the effective use of agricultural products, including seeds, fertilizers, and tools, through demonstrations and promotions. * Gather and analyze market and field data to inform product development and service enhancements, ensuring eBagan remains competitive and customer-centric. * Design and deliver training sessions, workshops, and awareness programs that empower farmers and target customers with knowledge and best practices. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and sales, to achieve business objectives and drive growth. * Develop and submit regular field reports, capturing customer feedback, market trends, and insights to inform strategic decision-making. * Serve as a brand ambassador for eBagan, upholding the company's values and reputation in all field interactions and activities. * Drive national coverage, traveling extensively across Bangladesh to support customers, gather market intelligence, and advance eBagan's mission.
