Key Responsibilities
• Architect and drive business growth through strategic planning and execution of annual and long-term objectives.
• Uncover new opportunities in Commercial, Industrial, Institutional, and Government sectors to fuel expansion.
• Inspire and motivate the sales team to surpass targets, providing guidance and mentorship to ensure success.
• Foster and nurture strong relationships with key clients and strategic partners to drive business forward.
• Spearhead high-stakes presentations, negotiations, and deal closures, ensuring successful outcomes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver projects seamlessly, driving integration and cohesion.
• Stay ahead of the competition by monitoring market trends, pricing strategies, and emerging technologies.
• Design and deliver comprehensive end-to-end solutions for Solar and Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS), driving innovation and growth.
Requirements
Experience
7 to 10 years
Education
- Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Electrical & Electronic Engineering
Additional Requirements
- proven experience in business development, preferably in Solar EPC or the renewable energy sector
- Strong understanding of solar PV technology, EPC workflows, and energy market dynamics
- Proficiency in CRM systems and MS Office Suite
- Willingness to travel extensively
