Key Responsibilities

* Drive program operations for MCH projects under the CXB H&N program, serving as the primary point of contact for implementation and cross-thematic collaboration. * Foster integrated programmatic responses by working closely with colleagues and the Senior Program Manager to ensure seamless execution. * Manage local partnerships and provide direct support to ensure timely input into SCI's systems, such as PRIME, for effective project cycle monitoring. * Oversee budget implementation, ensuring maximum utilization within agreed timelines by tracking expenditure and sharing budget versus actuals with relevant stakeholders. * Support the Senior Programme Manager in maintaining program expenditures that align with Save the Children's policies, procedures, and donor compliance, while keeping KPIs on track. * Lead government compliance efforts, including tracking CLA, FD 7, and other requirements, to ensure proper management of MCH projects. * Architect program response strategies that align with the Save the Children Rohingya Response Strategy, Health and Nutrition Sector Strategy, and national frameworks, under the Senior Programme Manager's supervision. * Contribute to the growth and expansion of the CXB H&N Program portfolio, driving strategic development and implementation.

Additional Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant field experience
  • Good knowledge of the national health and nutrition system and programs
  • Experience of humanitarian health & Nutrition management
  • Experience in managing multiple grants, budgets, and partners
  • Good understanding of the essential principles and reality of emergency supply chain operations
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
  • Ability to work within a tight timeframe
  • Excellent leadership skills and experience in managing diverse teams
  • Skills in prioritizing and organizing the work
  • Knowledge of the Core Humanitarian Standards
  • Good in written and spoken English
  • Proficiency in computer use, MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook etc.
