Unit Head (Artificial Intelligence- Digital Banking)

* Architect and optimize LLM-based AI components to drive efficiency and innovation across internal teams and user-facing applications. * Develop and integrate comprehensive systems, encompassing data retrieval, RAG, vector search, chat interfaces, and agentic workflows. * Pioneer the evaluation and implementation of cutting-edge LLM architectures, frameworks, and AI/ML toolchains to stay ahead of the curve. * Drive the enhancement of data infrastructure to support large-scale LLM adoption, including high-volume embeddings and scalable storage solutions. * Foster collaboration with cross-functional teams to identify and deliver AI-powered solutions that meet business needs and drive growth. * Shape the company's technical vision for generative AI foundations, informing strategic decisions and guiding innovation. * Lead quantitative evaluations, benchmarking, and performance optimization of NLP/LLM models to ensure peak performance. * Integrate NLP and AI components into production systems, prioritizing reliability, low latency, and seamless user experiences. * Design, develop, and maintain robust text data generation, preprocessing, and training/evaluation pipelines that fuel AI innovation. * Champion software engineering best practices, including TDD, CI/CD, and version control, to ensure high-quality solutions. * Stay at the forefront of LLM advancements, including RAG, MCP, Tool Use, ReAct, and agent systems, to drive continuous innovation. * Spearhead the development of end-to-end NLP/LLM applications, guiding them from research to deployment and ongoing monitoring.
