Quality Assurance Specialist

* Drive quality excellence by leveraging in-depth knowledge of customer requirements, company systems, and factory capabilities to deliver high-quality garments across outerwear, woven, and knit product categories. * Collaborate closely with factory teams to ensure seamless execution of quality standards, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and mutual respect. * Spearhead quality assurance initiatives from raw material audit to bulk production, encompassing cutting, sewing, finishing, and packing stages, to guarantee consistent product quality. * Conduct rigorous audits at every production stage, including pilot, in-line, and pre-final inspections, to identify areas for improvement and ensure customer and company standards are met. * Lead the evaluation of fit, pre-pro, and TOP samples with meticulous attention to detail, aiming for zero rejections and exceptional product quality. * Develop and present comprehensive quality assessment reports, inspection summaries, and factory performance reports to merchandising and management teams, facilitating data-driven decision-making. * Foster cross-functional collaboration with merchandising and logistics teams, sharing daily production status reports and proactively alerting potential shipment delays to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction. * Architect and implement quality control processes that promote efficiency, accuracy, and reliability, driving business growth and expansion across all product categories.
