Associate QA Manager

* Drive the development and implementation of quality management systems, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and customer expectations across all factories. * Lead and manage a high-performing team, setting clear priorities and goals, and providing training and guidance to ensure adherence to company SOPs and quality management tools. * Architect and enforce top-tier quality standards throughout the production process, leveraging data-driven insights to evaluate team and factory performance, and inform decision-making. * Champion a culture of continuous improvement, formulating and implementing QA policies, standardizing quality SOPs, and identifying root causes of quality defects to implement corrective and preventive actions. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams, buyers, and factories to ensure seamless communication and effective issue resolution, driving consistent execution of quality standards across all factories. * Manage and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to inform data-based decision-making, and drive the implementation of corrective and preventive action mechanisms to prevent repeated issues. * Foster a culture of excellence, guiding the team to achieve required quality standards, and ensuring that all quality management systems meet internal company standards and customer expectations. * Develop and maintain strong relationships with factories, buyers, and internal stakeholders, ensuring effective collaboration and communication to drive business growth and expansion. * Lead by example, demonstrating a strong belief in quality systems and processes, and motivating the team to achieve exceptional results, while driving business expansion across all product categories.
