Key Responsibilities

• Drive revenue growth by promoting and selling airline passenger products to diverse client bases, including travel agents, corporate clients, and distribution partners. • Lead sales efforts to exceed assigned targets, fueling business expansion and market penetration. • Develop and execute strategic plans to acquire new agency and corporate accounts, expanding the company's customer portfolio. • Analyze market dynamics, competitor activity, and sales performance to inform data-driven decisions and optimize sales strategies. • Foster strong, lasting relationships with key trade partners, travel agents, and corporate clients to ensure mutual growth and satisfaction. • Architect and implement effective sales outreach initiatives, including regular sales calls, market visits, and trade meetings. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and execute trade promotions, incentive programs, and commercial initiatives that drive sales and revenue. • Manage trade-related inquiries and issues, coordinating with internal teams to resolve problems efficiently and effectively. • Deliver actionable sales insights and market intelligence through periodic reports, forecasts, and analysis. • Partner with reservations, ticketing, finance, and marketing teams to ensure seamless sales operations and alignment with business objectives. • Champion compliance with company policies, airline commercial guidelines, and sales procedures to maintain operational integrity. • Support senior management in developing and executing sales strategies and business plans that drive growth and profitability.

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related discipline
  • Master's degree

Additional Requirements

  • Only Male
  • Sound understanding of airline sales operations and travel trade practices
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and under sales pressure
  • Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Knowledge of GDS (Amadeus / Sabre / Galileo) will be an advantage
  • High level of professionalism, integrity, and teamwork
