Key Responsibilities

• Spearhead reservation and ticketing operations using Global Distribution Systems (GDS) like Amadeus, Galileo, and Sabre to drive seamless customer experiences. • Deliver exceptional client support through multiple channels, including in-person, phone, and email, to address flight inquiries, fare options, and booking requirements. • Manage airline ticket transactions, including issuance, reissuance, and refunds, while adhering to fare rules and company policies. • Stay ahead of the curve with ongoing knowledge updates on airline schedules, promotional fares, policies, and regulatory changes to provide informed support. • Orchestrate booking modifications, cancellations, and special requests, such as meal preferences and wheelchair assistance, to ensure personalized customer experiences. • Drive data accuracy and timely reporting of daily sales and transactions to inform business decisions. • Collaborate with airline operational teams to resolve customer issues, flight disruptions, and other operational challenges. • Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of airline services, destinations, and partner networks to provide expert guidance. • Upsell and promote value-added services, such as extra baggage, seat selection, and travel insurance, to enhance customer experiences and revenue growth. • Foster customer loyalty through proactive follow-up, feedback collection, and support for loyalty program enrollments. • Ensure strict compliance with IATA, airline, and local regulatory standards to maintain operational integrity. • Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently, empathetically, and professionally to preserve customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Skills

GDS systems (Amadeus/Sabre/Galileo)EnglishArabic/Bengali/Hindi

Education

  • Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing

Additional Requirements

  • Proficiency in GDS systems (Amadeus/Sabre/Galileo)
  • Diploma in Travel, Tourism, or related field
  • Good communication skills in English
  • Arabic/Bengali/Hindi is an added advantage
