Key Responsibilities
* Spearhead the development and execution of innovative sales and marketing strategies to drive business growth and achieve targets
* Architect and lead comprehensive sales initiatives for diverse product portfolios, including residential and commercial properties
* Uncover new business prospects and cultivate high-value leads to fuel revenue expansion
* Foster and nurture robust relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, investors, and partners, to ensure long-term collaboration and mutual growth
* Deliver compelling client presentations, conduct site visits, and facilitate meetings to showcase products and services
* Drive sales performance to meet or exceed assigned targets, ensuring consistent revenue growth and market share expansion
* Mentor and guide junior sales team members to enhance their skills and performance, promoting a culture of excellence and teamwork
* Develop and present insightful sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses to inform management decisions and optimize sales strategies
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including accounts, legal, engineering, and CRM, to ensure seamless sales operations and exceptional customer experiences
* Stay ahead of market trends, competitor activity, and pricing strategies to identify opportunities and mitigate risks
* Participate in and contribute to promotional campaigns, events, and brand-building initiatives to elevate the company's profile and reputation
* Ensure rigorous documentation and compliance in all sales transactions, maintaining the highest standards of integrity and regulatory adherence
