Key Responsibilities

* Drive strategic planning and management of logistics, warehouse, transportation, and related services to achieve project goals. * Architect and oversee budgets for Shelter & CCCM and CCCM-BC projects, ensuring compliance with organizational policies and regulations. * Analyze financial data to optimize budgeting practices, track expenditures, and maintain cash flow within approved limits. * Lead quality control efforts, monitoring stock levels, delivery timelines, transport costs, and overall efficiency of logistics operations. * Develop and implement effective supply chain management systems, ensuring timely and cost-effective distribution of goods. * Manage and coach warehouse and finance teams, providing guidance and support to address operational challenges and improve performance. * Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders, including HCMP Procurement, Finance, and HR departments, as well as suppliers, vendors, and manufacturers. * Design and deliver variance reports, comparing actual and budgeted expenditures, and provide insights to inform future budgeting decisions. * Collaborate on proposal development, reporting, and documentation, ensuring accurate and timely submission of project reports and visual materials. * Champion safeguarding practices, promoting a safe working environment and protecting programme participants, team members, and stakeholders from harm, abuse, neglect, harassment, and exploitation. * Develop and implement safeguarding standards, providing guidance and support to team members and ensuring compliance with organizational policies and procedures. * Establish a culture of transparency and accountability, encouraging reporting of safeguarding incidents and ensuring prompt and effective response.
