Key Responsibilities
* Lead the development and execution of comprehensive project plans, aligning with timelines, budgets, and resource allocation to drive climate resilience and food security initiatives.
* Collaborate with diverse stakeholders, including government agencies, local communities, NGOs, and funding partners to foster inclusive disaster preparedness and shelter-centric anticipatory action.
* Architect and oversee the implementation of community-based risk and vulnerability assessments, early warning systems, and monitoring systems to enhance disaster preparedness.
* Drive the development of baseline information collection systems and track project progress against log frame indicators to ensure data-driven decision-making.
* Manage project financials, including budget tracking, monitoring, and reporting to ensure transparency and accountability.
* Support the implementation of cash-for-work programs, livelihood grants, and community-based initiatives, such as boat platform installation and food and fodder bank establishment.
* Design and deliver training programs on disaster risk reduction, income-generating activities, and water, sanitation, and hygiene (WASH) practices to build community capacity.
* Champion WASH-related initiatives, including tube-well installation, resilient latrine construction, and efforts to reduce water-borne diseases.
* Develop and implement community-level adaptation and mitigation strategies to enhance climate resilience and promote sustainable practices.
* Raise awareness about disaster preparedness, climate risks, and sustainable practices through targeted community engagement and outreach activities.
* Drive the development and implementation of risk reduction plans for cyclone preparedness, ensuring that vulnerable households can recover livelihoods and improve food security in the face of climate shocks.

- Master`s Degree in a relevant field
