Key Responsibilities
* Drive financial management by developing, monitoring, and updating project budgets in collaboration with project managers and stakeholders.
* Architect financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements, to track project expenditures and financial performance.
* Manage project expenses, ensuring adherence to budgetary guidelines, and identify cost-saving opportunities to optimize resource allocation.
* Oversee grants management, ensuring compliance with donor requirements, and prepare financial reports to meet donor regulations.
* Lead procurement processes for goods and services, ensuring compliance with organizational policies and donor regulations.
* Administer day-to-day office operations, including managing office supplies, equipment maintenance, and utilities.
* Provide administrative support to the Project Manager, including organizing meetings, workshops, and project-related events, as well as maintaining project documentation and reports.
* Facilitate human resources functions, including recruitment, personnel record-keeping, and employee onboarding and offboarding procedures.
* Manage contracts with vendors, consultants, and service providers, ensuring compliance with terms and conditions.
* Maintain accurate and accessible project documentation, including contracts, agreements, and correspondence.
* Coordinate financial activities among project teams, partner organizations, and stakeholders, ensuring seamless collaboration and communication.
* Develop and implement financial plans, forecasts, and strategies to support project objectives and outcomes.
* Ensure compliance with organizational policies, donor regulations, and financial standards, maintaining the highest level of integrity and transparency.
