Key Responsibilities
* Spearhead daily plant operations, overseeing formulation, blending, filling, labeling, and repacking of agrochemical products to drive production excellence.
* Optimize resource allocation, leveraging manpower, machinery, and materials to achieve production targets and maximize efficiency.
* Architect and implement Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and 5S initiatives to streamline automated processes, reduce waste, and boost throughput.
* Drive continuous improvement by monitoring production KPIs, identifying areas for enhancement, and implementing initiatives to increase efficiency and minimize waste.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Engineering & Maintenance, Procurement, Warehouse, and Logistics, to ensure seamless operations and timely availability of resources.
* Champion quality and regulatory compliance, ensuring strict adherence to product standards and regulatory requirements.
* Manage and maintain ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 14001:2015 certifications, overseeing process documentation and ensuring audit readiness.
* Lead internal audits, corrective and preventive actions, and coordinate with QA/QC teams for batch approvals and product release.
* Develop and manage shift operations, including duty rosters, to ensure uninterrupted production.
* Deliver accurate and timely reports on plant performance, production, inventory, and compliance to senior management.
* Ensure meticulous documentation and record-keeping for audits, regulatory inspections, and compliance purposes.

- Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering
- Master's degree in Chemical Engineering

- Biochemistry or related discipline
Additional Requirements
- 6–10 years of relevant experience in agrochemical, chemical, FMCG, or similar manufacturing industries
- Experience in formulation and repacking operations
- Hands-on experience with ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 14001:2015 implementation
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Good understanding of EHS regulations and industrial safety standards
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Proficiency in ERP systems
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
