Senior Executive - Audit & Accounts

* Spearhead the verification and recording of C&F bills, courier bills, transport bills, and garments testing bills in Excel sheets and ERP ledgers, ensuring accuracy and precision. * Drive the maintenance of General Accounts Payables ledgers, ensuring seamless tracking and management of financial transactions. * Facilitate the receipt and verification of LC documents from Commercial, reviewing them meticulously before presenting to the CFO and Director for approval. * Collaborate with the Purchase Manager to procure local and spare parts, conducting thorough price verifications to ensure cost-effectiveness. * Conduct internal audits on factory and head office payroll activities, identifying areas for improvement and optimizing financial processes. * Lead monthly physical inventory counts and prepare comprehensive inventory valuation reports, providing insights into stock levels and financial performance. * Oversee factory petty cash, local sales, and local purchases on a weekly basis, ensuring compliance with financial regulations and procedures. * Manage monthly physical cash counts, preparing detailed reports to ensure transparency and accountability in financial transactions.
