* Drive the planning, execution, and management of social research projects, ensuring high-quality delivery and effective field operations. * Architect and implement social research studies, incorporating qualitative and quantitative approaches to achieve project objectives. * Oversee project timelines, budgets, and deliverables, ensuring successful project execution and adherence to quality standards. * Manage field operations, including recruitment, training, and supervision of field teams, to ensure data quality and compliance with ethical research standards. * Develop and implement quality assurance protocols, ensuring strict adherence to research methodologies and ethical protocols. * Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to develop technical proposals, research study designs, and ensure smooth project implementation. * Foster strong relationships with clients, maintaining regular and professional communication to ensure alignment with project requirements and timely delivery of outputs. * Deliver high-quality progress reports, field monitoring reports, and final research reports, meeting deadlines and exceeding expectations. * Spearhead multiple concurrent projects, prioritizing tasks and managing timelines, scope, and quality standards in a fast-paced environment. * Analyze complex data sets, applying proficiency in data analysis tools, such as Excel, SPSS, STATA, or R-programming, to inform research findings and recommendations. * Leverage excellent communication, reporting, and stakeholder management skills to drive project success and growth.
