Key Responsibilities
* Spearhead technical reviews of design packs to ensure alignment with buyer requirements and guide factory sample rooms in developing fit samples that meet expectations.
* Architect solutions to resolve pattern, fit, and manufacturing issues, leveraging expertise to drive quality improvements.
* Drive the sample approval process, evaluating and approving all samples across development, fitting, adjustment, and final stages.
* Lead pattern making and adjustment efforts, ensuring accurate and efficient garment construction.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including merchandising and product, to provide technical guidance on cost-effective garment construction and identify potential risks.
* Provide technical support during sample and bulk production stages, ensuring pre-production samples meet established fit, quality, and cost standards.
* Communicate technical requirements clearly to internal stakeholders and external factories, ensuring seamless execution.
* Manage quality inspection plans, scheduling and monitoring weekly inspections, including RAM, pre-production, pilot, in-line, pre-final, and final audits.
* Assist in email communication with factories and customers, ensuring timely and effective issue resolution.
* Develop quality management presentations to drive business outcomes and inform stakeholders.
* Conduct quality audits, including shadow audits and pilot run audits, to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
* Monitor and enforce Quality Management System (QMS) processes with factories, ensuring compliance and driving continuous improvement.
* Support the QA Manager in maintaining factory performance and team performance reports, providing data-driven insights to inform business decisions.

Additional Requirements
- Technical, QA, pattern or equivalent qualification in woven and knit garments
- Good Understanding of patterns, sewing constructions, and Gerber a plus
- Practical experience in handling pattern and garment construction related issues
- Hands on knowledge on garment measurements and grading rules
- Experience in conducting quality audits
- Excellent communication skills with fluent spoken and written English
- Excellent computer skills
