Key Responsibilities
* Spearhead the full-cycle recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding, to attract top talent and drive business growth.
* Design and implement effective HR documentation, including appointment letters, contracts, and employee records, to ensure seamless employee management.
* Develop and maintain a centralized employee database and personal files, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.
* Drive staff attendance and leave management, leveraging technology to streamline tracking and reporting.
* Foster a culture of continuous learning and development, supporting performance evaluations, training programs, and capacity-building initiatives.
* Oversee day-to-day office operations, ensuring a productive and efficient work environment that supports organizational goals.
* Architect and manage office logistics, including supplies, equipment, and maintenance, to minimize downtime and optimize resources.
* Ensure a safe, secure, and healthy work environment, coordinating maintenance, utilities, and office services as needed.
* Orchestrate meetings, workshops, and official programs, providing exceptional support to stakeholders and attendees.
* Verify and process financial documents, including bills, vouchers, and expense reports, to ensure accuracy and compliance.
* Establish and maintain a robust filing and documentation system, supporting audit requirements and financial record-keeping.
* Collaborate on monthly payroll preparation, ensuring timely and accurate compensation for staff.
* Maintain meticulous records of staff benefits, allowances, and overtime, supporting HR policy implementation and compliance.
* Coordinate with field staff and volunteers, collecting and verifying field reports and documentation to inform organizational decisions.
* Develop and submit comprehensive HR and admin reports, providing insights and recommendations to drive business growth and improvement.
* Ensure adherence to organizational policies, donor requirements, and regulatory standards, maintaining accurate records for internal and external audits.
