Executive- Planning

* Spearhead production planning, leveraging Fast React Software to drive macro and micro planning, capacity planning, and target setting. * Oversee pre-production activities, including sampling, cutting, sewing, washing, and finishing, ensuring alignment with plans and timelines. * Dynamically update production plans in response to changing circumstances, ensuring agility and adaptability. * Drive planning implementation and continuously work to minimize the gap between planned and actual production outcomes. * Monitor and report on daily production performance, tracking section-wise output and identifying areas for improvement. * Collaborate with the merchandising team to develop QC files, manage production lead times, and track the status of trims, accessories, and fabrics. * Proactively manage pre-production activities, prioritizing tasks and driving progress on size set cutting, PP meetings, and pilot runs. * Expedite the finishing team to ensure timely final arrangements and shipment of goods, meeting deadlines and customer expectations.
